PTAA Engage is a comprehensive, custom-built web-based platform designed for efficient data collection and enhanced student engagement. The system facilitates communication and feedback through weekly reflection surveys and classroom evaluations, down to the individual student level. The platform streamlines data management for the PTAA district, allowing administrators to collect and track key metrics, such as enrollment forms submitted through the website and student analytics, while leveraging dashboards to streamline access to student data. Super Admins can easily release forms to specific grade levels, campuses, or classes, and teachers can monitor submissions and track student progress. Students log in via Clever to access and complete their assigned surveys, with responses automatically recorded for review by teachers and administrators. PTAA Engage provides role-based dashboards: Super Admins manage surveys and access district-wide submission logs; teachers track submissions and class rosters; and students interact with a simple interface to complete their tasks. By integrating securely with Clever’s authentication and data services, as well as leveraging Clever Secure Sync to keep our student information system up to date, PTAA Engage eliminates the need for manual account creation and ensures a seamless, secure, and efficient experience tailored to the needs of the PTAA district.
