I grant to Clever Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and assigns (collectively, “Clever”) an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use my child’s feedback, voice, image, persona, likeness, and performance in any written materials and in any audio, visual, and audiovisual recordings (including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, digital video, digital audio, video tape, and audio tape) taken or to be taken of my child by or on behalf of Clever (the “Content”). This license includes the right to:

Reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, and otherwise use the Content or derivative work thereof, in whole or in part, in any manner and matter or in combination with any other material, in any format or media, whether now existing or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, text, data, images, photographs, illustrations, animation and graphics, video, audio, and all formats of computer readable electronic, magnetic, digital, laser, or optical-based media (the “Works”).

Any lawful use, including publicly display, distribute, broadcast or transmit the Works by any means now known or hereafter devised.

I waive all rights, including any right of prior approval, and release Clever from, and will neither sue nor bring any proceeding against Clever for, any claim or cause of action, whether now known or unknown, for defamation, copyright infringement, and invasion of the rights to privacy, publicity, or personality or any similar matter, or based upon or relating to the use and exploitation of the Content. I understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of the use of the Works. I represent that I am the parent and/or legal guardian of the Child described below.

I agree that there is no obligation to use the authorization granted by me hereunder. The terms of this authorization commence on the date below and continue in perpetuity.

Yo otorgo a Clever Inc. y sus subsidiarias, afiliadas, licenciatarios, sucesores y cesionarios (colectivamente, “Clever”) una licencia sin restricciones, sublicenciable, asignable, irrevocable, perpetua, mundial y libre de regalías para usar los comentarios, la voz, la imagen, la persona, la semejanza y la actuación de mi hijo(a) (y/o mía) en cualquier material escrito y en cualquier grabación de audio, visual y audiovisual (incluyendo, pero no limitado a, fotografías, imágenes digitales, video digital, audio digital, cintas de video y cintas de audio) tomada o que se tomará de mi hijo(a) y/o de mí por o en nombre de Clever (el “Contenido”). Esta licencia incluye el derecho a:
