Districts
Teacher login troubleshooting
Teachers can now easily report student login issues directly from their Portals. The login issues are then routed to the correct resolver, e.g. District Admin, Clever Support etc. Learn more.
Changes for successful syncs
Districts can now download all the changes for successful syncs to help them understand what the changes were. There is also a new “errors” column in the sync report to help understand what the errors were.
Adding emails outside the SIS sync
Districts can now upload an additional CSV file of emails not stored in their Student Information System and the data will be merged with Clever. Learn more.
Applications
Certification page
We’ve added a new page in the dashboard of our application partners that highlights their Clever integration status and allows partner sales and marketing teams to download a trade show display celebrating their Clever partnership. Partners applications can visit the Integration Settings page in their dashboard to download and print the display before any conference, tradeshow or school-facing event.
Applications need to be officially certified by our Partner Engineering team to access this page. For more information, partners can reach out to their Account Managers.
